On Thursday evening, I had the pleasure of attending the Martha Stewart Blogger Event at the MSLO offices here in New York City. Of course, the Martha Stewart Weddings team compiled their favorite talents in the industry to showcase the very best in gorgeous goodies and beautiful inspiration. I couldn't help but share a few of the night's highlights... Martha Stewart opened the party with a warm welcome to her guests.An abundance of tasty summer cocktails were passed throughout the evening.Colorful fashions from Dessy and Kleinfeld, perfectly merchandised next to a vignette from the Flutters of Romance theme {part of the Martha Stewart Weddings program at Sandals}. A creative Oreo wedding cake from Brooklyn-based One Girl Cookies.The lovely Daisy from Paul Labrecque spruced up the guests with make-up and eye lashes.Gorgeous stationery from Crane & Co.An assortment of Martha Stewart books and wedding planning resources, accompanied by Matthew Robbins floral designs.The DIY projects from the pages of Martha Stewart Weddings' Summer issue come to life... I've long adored the gorgeous gowns and ethereal designs of Badgley Mischka, so needless to say, I was beyond thrilled to attend their Spring 2011 show yesterday... Coming from the fashion world, it was great to get back in the swing of the season, but having transitioned into the wedding industry, it was wonderful to see some truly stunning bridal inspiration via their Collection, Couture and Mark + James looks...
From the wonderfully textured, to the short and sultry, to the softly draped and simply stated, the Badgley Mischka runway ran the gamut and touched upon a variety of bridal looks. I actually have a tough time picking a favorite... which is yours?
