Well, the clouds have rolled over our sunny Miami vacation, wrapping up a wonderful trip filled with some great R&R {and also some fun "work" meetings for next week's features}.Anyway, I'm looking forward to coming back to good old New York, where I've heard some springtime showers have graced {or perhaps pounded} the city.
I will admit, I like rain. As Parris Whittingham shows in this great engagement session, a rainy afternoon in Manhattan can be just as romantic as a sunny stroll through Central Park... And while the Metropolitan Museum of Art is possibly one of the chicest city backdrops for such an occassion, I'm kind of in love with the header image... A little rain, a city street, and a warm embrace. How perfect is that?

Onlife Health, a national personal health coaching company dedicated to positive living through real engagement, took on the challenge to showcase Nashville, Tennessee's energy and enthusiasm while promoting a healthy lifestyle for National Dance Day (NDD). Lead by choreographer Patricia Lefler, Onlife's synchronized routine will showcase music from artists who have either lived or recorded in Nashville. Attached is a demo of what we plan to do from 7-7:30 pm on July 31 at the events shelter in Nashville's Centennial Park. Capitalizing on our legacy of community partnerships, the NDD celebration brings together dance groups, Big Band Dances and Dance World, along with Onlife Health to maximize event attendance and promote healthy lifestyles. Big Band Dances is a Nashville tradition that has been in existence for 27 years and has hundreds of people attend its event weekly. With a great turnout for NDD, we can showcase all that Nashville has to offer and its commitment to both community and fun, healthy activities.
